Tri-State Waterproofing

My experience with Tri-State has been wonderful and I have used their services on two occasions. The first time, they came out to install some supports in my crawlspace to fix the sagging floors in my 1970s home. When I contacted them several months later about coming back out to adjust them, they were quick to respond. The second time, they came out to install a waterproofing system since I have been having problems with my basement flooding during heavy rains. The crew came to my home and performed the work in two days. Now I can re-finish my basement since I will no longer have to wake up to a flooded basement surprise! I have 100% confidence that this company will stand by their work and that brings me so much peace of mind. If you're having issues with your crawlspace/basement, call these guys! Tri state water proofed our crawlspace and our foundation. This company does EXTRAORDINARY work. They are timely, efficient, and professional. Professional Labor at Affordable Prices. I was in the middle of renovating a show home. For the Company when I called Tri State Waterproofing out because my house was sinking. I had a warranty that I paid for with AquaGuard but due to AquaGuard's Shady Tactics. They did not want to honor the warranty I had paid for. I got the Exact Opposite Experience with Tri State Waterproofing. Technicians where on-time, professional, humble they also actually stand by their labor and warranties unlike Aquaguard. I would highly recommend using this company compared to competitors. I trust them so much I will be referring them to my own clients for erosion problems in the future as our company does professional landscape lighting, landscape speaker installations and outdoor shades.

I had a wonderful experience with Tristate after worrying about the mold and water issues under my house crawlspace. Even though the situation was not good, they never used fear or coercion to sell me anything. They explained the situation and what was needed, and offered a much fairer price than other companies had quoted. One worker even recommended some things I could do myself around the outside of the house to help with drainage that would prevent foundation problems later down the road. They were even willing to work with me on the price if I did some of the smaller things myself. I opted to have them do the whole job, and it was done with professionalism and quality. I appreciated speaking with the workers on their lunch break. They showed me everything that they did, and the humidity under the house quickly dropped from 80% to 50%. I highly recommend this company for a fair price and high quality work for crawl space encapsulation and drainage with sump pump. I'm glad to have fresh air coming from below! I’m am so satisfied with the work Tri-State Waterproofing did at our property. We recently found a lot of mold in the crawlspace that we got removed. Then we hired Tri-State to encapsulate the crawlspace to prevent future mold growth. The initial crew that came to give us an estimate were so pleasant to work with. They at no point tried to upsell or pressure me to do anything. They were so helpful with any questions I had. The crew that encapsulated my crawlspace were amazing to deal with. They worked extremely efficiently and did such a great job! I’d definitely recommend Tri-State waterproofing to anybody that needs their expertise in the future.

This is my second time using Tri-State Waterproofing. They Installed interior perimeter waterproofing drainage system, 2 natural gravity drains, vapor barriers. Along crawlspace floor and up the wall to the bottom of the vents, wrap columns and tape all seams. They Sealed all foundation vents from the interior of crawlspace. They also Install a dehumidifier and tied it into the system. I also had them Tear out old insulation and install new insulation. Oh yeah can’t forget they Sprayed the floor with sodium bicarbonate to help prevent future molding. From start to finish Lalo , Andrew and Kyles did a awesome job.

Great job waterproofing and encapsulating my crawlspace. Gio and his team were especially responsive and answered all of our questions in detail. There is a noticable difference in the air quality and moisture in our crawlspace and home. Total install involved perimeter drain system, underlayment, and dehumidifier.
