The steps to my front porch had dropped about 3 inches also causing issues with the concrete walkway… and there were leveling/cracking issues with the driveway. AquaGuard did a great job from the quote through the completion of the work. Raymond and Brian did a great job with the leveling work. They kept me informed, got everything back level, and left the property the way it was. They even replaced mortar work around the steps before they finished, something I expected that I would do. Raymond and Brian are great guys, know their stuff, and do the work like it was their own house.

We have to water proof our crawl space, which was in bad shape. This month, Kurt and JD were assigned to dig 2 perimeters, add drain system, encapsulate the area, add two pumps, a dehumidifier, etc. They were very professional and courteous. Called everyday to let me known their estimated arrival time. Even though the requirement was, to meet with me at the beginning of the project and at the end, they went the extra mile and let me know the work plan and the completed work, every day. This gave me the opportunity to ask questions, to which Kurt had knowledgeable/reassuring answers. They were scheduled to take up-to-5 days to completed the job, and they did completed it in 3.5 days. We could feel the difference in the quality of the air/cooler temperature/cleanliness of the area, right away after completion. Some before/after photos. (Job completed on 4/18/2024)

The team of guys assigned to our project were outstanding! Jose, Hercules and Rufus gave a courtesy call when they were on their way, arrived on time and were finished in less than 3 hrs. The entire process was seamless. We had a 15ft drain installed along the exterior of our home in the concrete slab to prevent any residual water runoff from entering our home through an exterior door on the same level. The guys kept the job site clean even went above and beyond when they noticed the planned drain system could be even better by attaching an additional buried pvc pipe to further divert water away from the house. Would highly recommend this company for your next project!

I must say I have been stressing over how I was gonna repair my home after it flooded. Aquaguard and there team came in and eased my concerns. Words cannot express how professional and respectful the work crew was that did our instillation. They were timely and worked diligently until the job was completed. Big thanks go out to the salesman and inspector, Cole and also Hose and his work crew!! The system not only water proofs but it includes a remarkable filtration system that removes particulates such as mold and mildew that leaves the air much fresher in my basement. No more musty stale basement odor!!

Aqua guard did a great job stabilizing my house. It has always sloped in our Bedroom but was starting to get worse. Will Galloway came out and came up with a plan to fix it, he has followed up and stayed in touch the entire time. He promptly set up a time to fix it. The crew that came out was very professional and very careful not to come in the house with shoes on…big plus. They listen to us and worked together to bring the floor level. You can now walk and the house doesn’t shake and feels firm. We really appreciate everyone involved and the ease in which it was accomplished! Russ was our salesman who came to our house. We had a water issue in the basement and he knew exactly where issue was. After we took of the drywall he was completely right. The team put in a underground gutter and sump pump and also did the injection foam. We have had a tom of rain and system working as it should. We just had this completed a few weeks ago. Sammy was very helpful on the job site and checked up on things and so easy to contact him.

AquaGuard couldn’t have been more of a lifesaver for us. From the moment our home was being built it had water issues that our builder didn’t address. Mike came during a 4” downpour where I spent 12 straight hours shopvac’ing water to avoid a complete disaster in our basement and immediately identified the solution. He also then ensured during his assessment that no other areas of the basement had hidden moisture we weren’t seeing and then proposed the solution and very transparent with cost. Then…the icing on the cake were Joe, Alex G and Kornbred who were our technicians that put in the system. They were very professional and answered any questions I had and took the time over the two days to stop and provide updates to me which was a breath of fresh air when it comes to communication. They also were very careful while they were in our home and also did a very thorough cleanup before departing. These three guys were absolutely amazing! Thank you AquaGuard for giving me peace of mind for when our next heavy rain hits our investment is protected.

Very positive experience with Aquaguard - both the rep who came out (Mike) to do the estimate and the crew (run by Titus) who came out to do the work. Excellent communication and timeliness and high above par in home experience. We had a water main break and crawlspace flood that destroyed our recently encapsulated space. Our sump pump got mauled and couldn't keep up... and the massive amount of water that came through and around our foundation messed up a lot of stuff. When you have unexpected water issues like this it's so important to get quick remediation rather than sit and wait like insurance companies will want you to. We literally had 3000 gallons of water flowing a day - while it took us a bit to even discover the underground problem, I know what that volume of water was doing to the supporting ground under our house. My trusted plumber (Gus' plumbing) came out the day we discovered it and fixed the issue and Aquaguard was ready to be there the same day. I asked them to wait a day so we could get the water out and they did... and then they scheduled the remediation and prevention work to be done in three business days. They knocked it all out in a day. Five days later - the space is amazing. It actually smells so nice and clean I swear there's some sort of fragrance dispenser in it. Aquaguard did what the company I hired three years ago to encapsulate the space should have done from the start (it still wouldn't have changed the outcome of the damages) but now I'm confident there won't be any issues in the future.
