We bought our house almost two years ago and we knew that it need some improvements, we finally got it fixed by CGS and we are extremely satisfied with the results! We did fixed the foundation of the house that was visible needing from the main floor, we replaced the the insulation what was affecting the bill and routine of the house and since they was working in the crawl space we already requested they to clean it up and installed vapor barrier. I recommend CGS for skylight and roof repair! I just fixed mine with them and the leak is gone now. I also did the repair from inside, the leak on the roof damaged the drywall/ceiling, what was really bothering me. It was a good price, good costumer service, quick and effective fix!

CGS Waterproofing provided excellent service for our project. We had a basement wall that was bowing inward because of a tree root growing through the wall. A previous contractor attempted to repair the wall, and that contractor's unsatisfactory wall collapsed into the house after a heavy rain. CGS completely removed the collapsed wall and rebuilt it, including rebar to reinforce the wall. The basement walls were then waterproofed and a French drain was installed in the yard to help divert water away from the foundation. CGS was invaluable in repairing the work of the previous contract and we highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend CGS for foundation work. I met two crews, had a great salesman, and spoke with numerous staff during the process of my repairs and was very impressed. The crew worked non-stop for 3 days to install helical piers under one side of my 2-story home and a patio wall on a slope. They actually lifted my foundation back to level and all obvious cracks closed up. I am very happy. The process is amazing; the crew was thorough, professional; and they were careful with my yard and landscaping, and cleaned up before they left. I have the utmost confidence in the work, as I was here to see the process from start to finish. I would advise anyone having this type of extensive and technical work done to stay on top of the process, including scheduling….especially the amount of time the company schedules for the job. I appreciate the attitudes and cooperation I encountered with the CGS team.

CGS installed grill drainage and french drainage system in front of/around my garage , It was a clean and good look service and they took less then a day to complete the job. I had water intrusion in my garage area every time rain heavy, the smell started to be noticed and the mold in the baseboards, it’s resolved now. I highly recommend them to anyone that has water issues in their houses. Very good service!
