Sundry Waterproofing

The team arrived on time and did expert work in a timely manner. Very professional, couldn’t be happier.

Sundry has done a couple of jobs for me. Their service had been spot on, showing up when they said they will. The first job they did was on an older house with a sinking foundation and severely cracked walls in the crawl space. Supports had already been placed under the floor joists. They came in and jacked up the foundation. It took over 40 feet of pipe at each point to jack it up and they put drains around the crawl space and then wrapped the walls, floor and ceiling. They did not charge extra for the pipe that they used. They charged exactly what their quote was at the beginning. My other house had water intrusion into the basement and crawl space. The basement had one wall that was bowing an was slightly cracked. The basement had a concrete floor throughout. Sundry jacked out a trench all around the basement perimeter and installed drains and installed vertical supports for the bowing wall. They waterproofed the crawl space and with pipe and tied all of the waterproofing into one common drain and sump pump. Afterwards they wrapped the crawl space. The amazing part is, I had gotten quotes from three different companies we all hear about on radio and television. Sundry did all of the above described work for a little over half of what the other companies were going to charge me for draining and supporting ONE WALL. There workers were efficient and polite and cleaned up all that they messed up. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Sundry previously did a French drain in my basement and recently put a lining in my crawl space. They did an excellent job in a short period of time. They originally predicted that it would take 3 days but actually took 2. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend highly.

Sundry did amazing work for me and my family when our basement flooded. Not only were they respectful and understanding but also very empathetic as well. They turned a stressful situation into an under control situation. Curt was fantastic. He was transparent and answered all of our questions. He was able to go into detail about what we could expect and I can tell he's been doing this a long time because of how knowledgeable he is. Not only that, but he was very kind and easy to work with. I've recommended Sundry to every person I know. They are truly fantastic!

I am very biased because I'm a contractor myself. I know what good work is and Kurt and Mario only do good work. I've used them on a number of client's foundations and not once has there been a problem. Not one. That goes a long ways with me. They always stand behind their warrantee that the next home owner can use, too. I could write a book here but let me just say if you have looked around and you want another opinion just call Kurt. He'll have Mario come by and they will give you great value and the job is the same quality as the much more expensive companies. I've come to be friends with these men and know that you can trust them just like I do.

Mario and the team did a great job. They explained everything they were doing and was very thorough with their service. I had no complaints and will definitely use again!

SunDry did not fix the problem and they refuse to honor their warranty. I hired them to re-route water from my back yard so that it does not run directly toward the neighbor's house and foundation. Several thousand dollars later, the water still runs right where it did before. Complete waste of money. They came out and did another estimate today, which was a surprise to me because I thought we were talking about work covered under their warranty. Now they want several more thousands to fix the same problem I hired them to fix the first time. Also, when they did the work a few months ago, they left a large pile of trash -- discarded downspouts, etc. (see photos) -- hidden out in the woods in our back yard instead of hauling it away. They had to go way out of their way to dump all that trash back there.
