Work performed on Jan 13, 2023 and Aquaguard has been paid in full. However, we are still waiting for the work to be completed and functioning properly on Feb 14th. The job included Aquaguard digging a new trench in the basement along the wall, adding a vapor barrier and installing a new a sump pump. Unfortunately, the work performed was not exactly what was expected. Water now comes into the new trench and it is NOT routed to the new sump pump as it should be so It’s leaking before it gets there. The Framing was cut in the process of installing the trench but it was not put back together to code and the vapor barrier did not go all the way over to the right covering the entire concrete wall. Three weeks after the work was done someone came out to take a look and confirmed it was not working properly. Also before the workers left our home on Jan 13th, one of the workers hit the corner of our home with their work truck damaging brick and smashing a new gutter drain. Fortunately they did let us know but here we are one month later on Feb 14th and only the bricks were repaired. We are still waiting for the bricks to be painted and for them to replace the smashed gutter drain with a new one. Aquaguard has failed to communicate with us. The only time we get a response is if we reach out to them, and it’s still delayed. Customer service is subpar. It’s hard to understand why we are still waiting for them to complete the job and repair our home that they damaged. Update: Although the exact date I cannot recall but AquaGuard did in fact come out and fixed everything previously described the best they could so I’ll increase the star rating from 1-3. It’s obvious from this experience the work you’re promised is not always the work that gets done. This is not necessarily the customers fault. Everyone must remember Communication is always the key. 👍🏽

George Hiteshew came to do warranty work on my back porch which was lifted 4 plus years ago …. Critters snakes gecko’s we’re getting into the basement from under the slab that was lifted…George is a master technician who quickly assessed the issue and filled the voids under the slab …he was quick efficient and a master in his trade. Thanks George for warranty work that was fixed!!

Update 4/27/23 I'm adding on to my review I posted earlier. 3 different projects were completed on my foundation and crawlspace. 1. Vincent and Irvin did an excellent job correcting my home's foundation issues. Arrived each day (4 day project) on time. Both Vincent and Irvin were consistent giving daily updates about the repairs. With their knowledge and experience both gentlemen were able to answer any questions/concerns I had about the project. 5 stars! 2. Nick and Titus did an outstanding job adding drains and encapsulatng my crawlspace. The guys are 5-star pros! 3. George (Hiteshew) did an excellent job stabilizing one of my chimneys with Soil/Polyrenewal injections. Another 5 stars!

Jaylen, did a very good job. He showed us how to use the machine and he was very professional. I will recommend Jaylen for waterproofing job. They cleaned up after they finished the job

We recently had our basement waterproofed. Marquise and Luke did a fantastic job. They were professional and worked hard. They cleaned up when they were finished. Marquise explained the system in detail. I feel so much better now, knowing our basement will stay dry even with heavy rain.

Both technicians Joseph and Dalen were professional and polite. Joseph made a point to call me everyday when they were in route and when they were leaving. He also explained how many technicians were working each day. Each day Joseph made a point to send me pictures and explain what had been completed each day. At the end of the last day he did a walk through under the house with me explaining the process of the system the dehumidifier the drains and my warranty. It was an excellent install. With technicians like this your business should always be a success. The technicians were also knowledgeable when I asked questions
