Our 3100 square foot of decking had to be rebuilt. We made the right choice to use M & M. The new deck looks terrific and the craftsmanship is excellent. Mark's team did a fabulous job and were a pleasure to have around - no litter, no loud radio music, just a hardworking group of people getting on with the job in hand.

The deck in my backyard (built in the 1970s) was badly in need of replacement and I wanted to use synthetic boards for the flooring for ease of maintenance. I chose M & M Builders because I was convinced that their expertise with these boards would give me years of worry-free use. Dealing with Mark (the owner) is pleasant and he made good suggestions to duplicate the original design while working around the roof with posts that I was retaining. Being a craftsperson myself (although in a different field) I pay attention to details in manufacture and am very impressed by the skill of his crew. With Trex boards for the floor and redwood for the railings and side skirts we now have a beautiful deck that is rigid and quiet to walk on. Mark’s estimate/bid was not the cheapest that I received, but for the quality it will be cheaper in the long-run, which is why I hired him and am happy with the end result.

Mark is a highly competent, experienced professional contractor who, from start to finish, manages the project with care. He and his team put the customer first , use creativity, artistry and hard work to deliver a great finished product. M & M Builders transformed my backyard, making it a more inviting and useable area for relaxing and entertaining. I would highly recommend Mark and his team for your outdoor living spaces!

Our backyard was pretty dull and we never enjoyed hosting anything back there. My wife and decided to add a deck to solve these issues, Mark from M&M Builders was the perfect person for us to call. He guided us during the process and was so friendly and professional. The outcome was a success, we’ve received many compliments about the craftsmanship of our deck.

We loved our deck but it was falling apart. We called Mark from M&M Builders and he saved our deck. He redid it will all the parts we loved and added a few updates, now we have a deck we love and better suits our needs. It’s a great place for use to entertain, relax, or have a meal as a family.

We recently contracted with M&M Builders to remove and replace our old deck and arbor. We had interviewed other contractors and it was our lucky day when we met Mark -- the owner of M&M. He fully explained to us the building process and was on site every day to supervise the work and assist in any changes we might want. His crew was prompt, neat, clean, polite, and professional. The removal of the old deck was speedy and to our delight the job was completed ahead of schedule. The completed job is beautiful and beyond our expectations. Mark has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and we highly recommend M&M Builders.

It has been almost a year since Mark and his crew finished our deck and I guess we have been outside enjoying it so much that we forgot to write this review. We liked the fact that Mark only does decks and arbors, and as a result, felt confident in his knowledge of the various decking materials. He also helped us to finalize a design. We had a lot of ideas, and so with Mark’s expertise, the end result was a real collaboration of efforts. We were still a little nervous going into the project as this was our first time working with a contractor. Had we seen a more formal schematic of the design, I think we would have been a little less apprehensive. Everything worked out great though. Cesar and his crew were all very professional and efficient. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Mark and Cesar addressed them immediately. And when Mark tells you that he is not afraid of telling his guys to rip something out and do it over, he is not kidding. One day that he came by to check up on the project, he noticed that something was done incorrectly. It was something we probably would have never noticed, but he had his guys rip it out and re-do it right away. We are so happy with the final product and highly recommend Mark!

My wife and I are very particular when it comes to home projects. It took us several months, lots of research, and numerous interviews of potential contractors before we decided on Mark from M&M Builders to build our deck. Mark and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, prompt and highly skilled. They arrived on time, built the deck in the number of days they promised, and left our yard spotless. Most importantly, their workmanship was top quality. We would definitely use M&M Builders again.
